A review from Canada
My Filter Queen is from the 1970's and was missing a power hose. I took it to my local vacuum repair shop and, even though they did a great job of cleaning/refurbushing they told me I would have a very hard time finding a replacement hose.
Less than 24 hours later, following a search of the www, I had Steve at The Henry Company on the phone and my missing part was wending it's way to PEI, Canada.
Steve was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and had researched my Canadian model number (#700) so as to be sure I was getting the correct hose.
I have told everybody about this company and probably won't shut up about their incredible service for quite some time.
